They take the time to explain and discuss to help you through issues and decisions, and do good work. The garage and customer service area is very messy and outdated with no real waiting area if you wanted to wait for service to be completed; however, the shop is close to other restaurants and downtown if you wanted to walk somewhere while you wait.
